Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (e.g., downloadable ebooks, online courses, etc.)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items (unless otherwise specified)

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 592-889-1363 x49064 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
4. Ship the package using the provided return shipping label.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
